Initial Project Plan :-
In order to get this major project underway we need to establish a project committee as soon as possible, with the key roles of:- Project leader, Finance manager, Grants manager, Fund raising Manager, and Installations manager.
It is planned that finances for this project will be run separately from those of the sports and cricket club, in a similar manner to which the funding for the play park was managed.
Again as with the play park project it is anticipated that during 2006/07 and 08, functions will be held specifically to raise funds for this project.
